Cerberus is growing and we are looking for a kind, dedicated person to join our cafe team in Jacksonville, Oregon!

This is a barista position that will include: expertly making specialty coffee & tea drinks, enthusiastic baking & food prep, and excellent customer service.

Previous barista experience is nice, but not necessary.

We are looking for someone who is a good fit with the culture and mission of our space and happy to train the right person.

This is a part-time position with a starting wage of $16/hr + tips, and 401k after 6 months.

Introducing our new coffee, Ethiopia Haro Badessa Natural

This is a wonderful naturally processed coffee that is full of tropical fruit flavors and key lime acidity with a backbone of hibiscus.

The natural process is when coffee cherries are picked and dried for several weeks in the sun. These coffees are elevated on mesh screens to promote airflow and they are regularly turned to make sure the coffees are drying as evenly as possible.

This process lends to the intensity of fruitiness these coffees bring.

Cerberus turned 7 years old today!

We are celebrating with cupcakes & reflecting on such a sweet year in our Jacksonville community. Our kind, wonderful crew & our long-time friends & neighbors are just everything to us.

A big thank you to everyone who has participated in making this coffee space endeavor the gem that it is!

🚨🚨🚨New Coffee Alert!🚨🚨🚨

From the Ngozi region of Burundi, this delicious single-origin is the result of work from the talented women at Burundi’s first washing station built and owned by women farmers.

These farmers have been able to consolidate premiums earned through our importing partners at JNP Coffee to create an investment fund called Turihamwe Turashobora, using it to build their own wet mill in 2019, and grow their farming operations.

Meaning “together” in Kirundi, Turihamwe offers bright citrus acidity, sweet candy and plum flavors, with a subtle herbal rosemary fragrance.

Cerberus is growing and growing and growing and we are looking for a kind, dedicated person (or 2!) to join our cafe team in Jacksonville, Oregon!
