On September 17 at 7pm Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic Near Beaches partners with True Story Wh***ey for a tasting told in four chapters, each wh***ey paired with a plate built to match.

The night opens with a tea infused Manhattan and a grazing board, then moves through straight bourbon and finished rye courses before closing with Smoke Show, a coffee forward dessert cocktail with a sweet pairing.
