This is what we made in the kitchen today.

Red Beans with andouille sausage and yellow rice.

Tips:

1. I used Camellia Red Beans, they come already cleaned and ready for the pot and they cook without mushing.

2. I used Slap Ya Fat Girl Seasoning and a little extra garlic salt

3. You can used any kind of smoked sausage you like but here I’m using andouille sausage

4. Use your favorite Spanish Yellow Rice. And use butter with this recipe.

5. I put most of the cut onions in when cooking the rice. I always save some aside as I personally prefer the raw crisp onions in my red beans and rice.

It was an amazing event and our table was packed with all of your favorite treats and we can’t wait to be invited back but remember we are always available to take your orders everyday not just on special events.
