Holiday sides coming online!!

I’ll post the menu options in the next couple of days and do sign ups. You’ll be able to pick them up week of Thanksgiving.

You’ll see me at the SeaIsland Farmers Market. Every two weeks currently, but I will be moving to every week now that I have some folks who know what I’ve got going on.

There will be sides only, so I can keep everything in line and offer the best quality.

Currently Mac (no surprise there) is the starting point.

I’m also considering Bacon Green Beans, Collards, Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potato Stuffing.

I think those 5 will be plenty, but I’m open to suggestions and will finalize the offerings over the next few days.

Another fine market day! Generating some interest in the meal prep and slinging Mac!

I’ll start showing up each week, soon. Day to be determined.

I’m also getting questions about Thanksgiving so guess what I’ll be working on creating next 😏
