New café coming to FSCJ’s Downtown Campus.
And it’s about 20% of what we’re actually doing together. The rest drops once we’re open.
Only hint: a few years from now, some of those students won’t be working at a café. They’ll own one.
Two-year colleges are the most underrated engine in this country. They teach people how to actually run things, a kitchen, a shift, a P&L, a business on a Tuesday when nothing goes right. That’s the job.
