Back in April we reached our 2 year milestone. We’ve shucked truckloads of oysters for over 150+ pop-ups, private events, and festivals all over Florida. We’ve served professional athletes, rockstars, families and their guests, plus thousands upon thousands of our beloved Jax locals.
As we continue to learn, maintain, elevate this business…we realize that it’s ok to stop and reset. It’s ok to take a deep breath. It’s ok to ask for help, and it’s ok to accept when help is offered. It’s all part of the process.
We’ve come to realize now that in order to continue executing these events seamlessly, we need to develop a cushion. We have decided to launch a crowd fund to help ease some of these small business burdens and position ourselves into the next wave of events. We have the momentum, we just need a good push.
