The best BBQ in town is BACK! E-Z Duz It has upgraded our smoker and we are ready to get the smoke rolling! Our new smoker came from the one and only Willards BBQ, so it's bound to give us some good BBQ juju! Stay tuned for updates!

FLASH SALE FOR LABOR DAY!!

We are BACK for the first time in quite a while, and to celebrate, we will have flash sale for Labor Day!!

Put your feet up for your cookout, and let us provide the meat!

Pork butts: $30
Slab of ribs: $25/each
Brisket: $75

Pick up with be on the westside of Jax, in the Shindler Rd. area at 11AM on Monday, 9/3.

We can accept PayPal or cash.

We are now accepting smoked ham and turkey orders for Thanksgiving!

We will be selling smoked hams and turkeys for the holiday for just $35 each. Hams are approximately 10-12 pounds each and turkeys are approximately 16-20 pounds each.

All orders must be placed by Monday, 11/20.

Pick up will be at the Kangaroo gas station right off 295 and Pulaski Rd. at 11AM on Thanksgiving. Payment may be made via PayPal, Square, or cash. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Thank you to everyone who placed an order today! We cooked 9 slabs of ribs, 6 pork butts, 2 brisket, and not pictured: sausage and pork chops.

We may be losing the game (Go Gators, anyways!), but we won the jackpot with our awesome customers!

We are out at Main Beach in Fernandina today for a Butts and Brisket competition. If you're free, stop on by between 11 and 3 and grab a dinner around noon! They are $10 and support the local Parks and Rec Dept.

We have had the smoke rollin' since 4AM with a brisket and ribs, for a friend's dad's birthday. We also put some pit beans with bacon, onion, brown sugar, and some pork rub on the smoker.

Our first competition of the year will be at the Baymeadows Adamec Harley dealership on May 13th. It is open to the public at 11:30 AM and for a small entry fee, you can buy tickets to taste test ribs and vote for your favorite in the people's choice category! This competition benefits the Shriners, which is an awesome organization that helps children all around world receive necessary medical care at no cost to their families. It is near and dear to our hearts, as Nicki was a Shriners kid. Come out and enjoy some good food for an even better cause!

We are now accepting orders for smoked hams for Easter! Hams are approximately 10-12 pounds, and are $30 each. Orders are due by Wednesday, April 12th. They will be ready for pick up at the Kangaroo at 295&Pulaski Rd, at 11AM on Easter morning. We accept PayPal, Square, or cash, and we request that you pre-pay for your order. Want to give Dad the day off for Father's Day? It is his day after all! Let him relax and celebrate, and let us do the cooking for you! We will be offering several of our award winning meats for sale for Father's Day.

We had some customers back out on sales, so their loss is your gain! We have 1 brisket and 2 slabs of ribs for sale, to be picked up tomorrow at 11AM. To order, you must be willing to meet this evening to pre-pay cash or pay via PayPal or Square with debit/credit.

Available meats:
Ribs: $20/rack
Whole brisket: $50
