THANKSGIVING BY 14 PRIME IS HERE.
We know. Thanksgiving already?!

It’s more than two months away, but considering summer somehow came and went in about five minutes, we figured we’d give you plenty of time to consider our proposition:

Take the year off from cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

Seriously. Don’t make the turkey. Don’t peel the potatoes. Don’t spend three days prepping. This year, just show up.

We know it might feel a little weird. Maybe even a little wrong. Thanksgiving is one of those meals you’re supposed to spend days making.

But then you’ll make your plate.

Beautifully roasted Heritage turkey with sage gravy. Black truffle mashed potatoes. Warm Parker House rolls with cinnamon butter. All your favorite sides, but better. And a house-made pie by Chef Rachel for dessert.

Take a few bites and tell us you still feel guilty.

This might be the best Thanksgiving dinner you’ve ever had.

The Strawberries & Cream Pancake.
Almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

This is one of those plates that turns heads the second it lands on the table.

A thick, perfectly fluffy pancake covered with fresh strawberries and crowned with a luxurious vanilla bean Chantilly that makes you say “oh my gawd” with every bite.

We bathe it in our house-made strawberry compote, letting it soak right into the pancake.

Fresh strawberries, sweet-tart compote, clouds of vanilla cream, and that warm, fluffy pancake underneath it all.

She’s a beauty. And she tastes even better than she looks.

What you’re about to read may be extremely hard to process, but it’s a reality for some.

We don’t always understand it, but we hear it more than you’d think.

Our response is always the same: “That’s okay. We are so much more than a steakhouse.”

We make fresh pastas everyday. We get fresh seafood in everyday. We make an incredible lamb. We have two dishes featuring, gorgeous Iberico Jamón. And so much more coming out of our kitchen that has absolutely nothing to do with steak.

This is the kind of French toast you get dressed up for.

Leave it to Chef Rachel to make French toast feel downright luxurious.

The Challah French Toast starts with challah made from scratch by our pastry team, with a delicate golden crisp on the outside and an impossibly soft and fluffy center.

Ripe summer peaches, candied pecans, real vanilla bean, pure maple syrup, and house-churned bourbon caramel ice cream turn it into something entirely sinful.

This is the kind of dish everyone at the table asks for a bite of.
