Yesterday I stumbled upon an interesting class by Kailo Nutrition at House of Leaf & Bean ! I learned so much about healing yourself by adding in beneficial foods. It feels so good to focus on what we’re adding and gaining by eating foods that fulfill & nourish rather than just fill us up. I bought some of this HOUSEMADE ORGANIC NON GMO TOFU from House of Leaf & Bean! I am so thankful for the movement of because it is making the transition smoother and easier for all of us! @ House of Leaf & Bean
