I am so excited! I wasn’t going to show y’all til I was done building it out. But it’s home now thanks to Tim’s Mobile Service! Check him out if you need service done on your trailers locally. And stop by and say hi!

I’m still available for baked goods so make sure you book early for the holidays. I’ll be back making cooked food after this is all built and through the powers that be.

You will see my food license will show Out of Business. I will be operating under cottage food laws temporarily.

Hello everyone. So sorry that I have been M.I.A. It has been such a pleasure serving and being a resource for everyone.

I have been asked several times to do cooking classes/lessons. This is something I am considering but with being immunocompromised, it may be virtual or small.

I am sad to say that the commercial kitchen set up was not successful. My intent was always to move to a food trailer. Unfortunately, the one I bought turned out to be a scam. Looks great in pictures, but completely unusable.

I have been trying to recover from this but the whole process has been sadly a loss. I do not plan to renew my food license at the kitchen. I will begin offering baked goods from home again once I surrender my license.

This is not good-bye. This is a transition. I am still trying to make things work out but I may have to do some of the build work piece by piece. Rome wasn’t built in a day!
