TEAM MEMBER POSITION OVERVIEW

The position of Yafa Grills Team Member is responsible for ensuring that every guest receives the best Yafa Grills Experience by providing them authentic homemade mediterranean dishes along with stelar service. All Team Members are responsible for kitchen cleanliness, restocking, providing continuous delivery of products that meet quality standards, and understanding and enforcing all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
The desired candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, is reliable, punctual, able to multi-task, takes pride in their appearance, is self-motivated, has attention to detail, understands basic math and has an overall desire to provide the best product and experience for our guests. Team Members should exemplify the standards of quality and conduct expected of all team members, able to follow procedures and have a desire for constant improvement! Great communication skills and ability to work under pressure are important to this role.
Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Job Schedule: Prefer someone flexible to work afternoons, evenings, mornings and/or weekends; Flexibility in scheduling is preferred.

Salary: Pay is based on experience.
