Good morning BRIC followers!!

After multiple conversations and thoughts, we have decided we will not be able to keep BRIC open throughout the Winter season like we had hoped. Due to the rising costs of goods constantly going up and most of our staff about to head back to school, it just would not make sense right now.

So, Sunday, August 25th will be our last day open for the Summer Season. Please follow here for posts on updated products and hours in case they need to change as well. We will stay open and push through until the 25th for as long as supplies lasts.

Come treat yourself before it's too late! We look forward to seeing and serving you!!!

If you haven't tried our ice cream yet, you're missing out! Open today from 2-8pm!

Rolled ice cream is a unique way of getting to see the cream base turn into fresh ice cream in the matter of a few minutes. Choose from our suggestions or create your own with over a dozen topping choices.

Due to the process, rolled ice cream does take a minimum of 5 minutes per bowl. If we are busy or get large groups, the wait time can be a bit long. So if you would like some quicker options, We also have hand scooped ice cream, homemase waffle nachos, floats, and more!

We have regular and fat free hand scoop options. We also have lactose free, dairy free, and vegan options for rolled ice cream!
