It’s steak night!!!
The third Friday of the month is always lively around here. Come dine on our ribeye platter; 14 oz ribeye, baked potato, roasted asparagus, chive crème fraiche, and a mushroom red wine sauce from Ethnomycology Inc. 🥩

On steak night we also do half off all bottles of wine, and yes that includes our reserve list! Whether you want a bold red from Napa, a complex pairing from Bordeaux, or a truly spectacular champagne; we have you covered. 🍷

Finish your meal with a dessert that will make you sing. Our opera cake is definitely a labor of love. Layered high with almond sponge cake, espresso buttercream, and semi sweet chocolate, it’s the perfect decadent end to your meal.

Tired of feeling cooped up after yesterday’s storms? Grab a friend and sample your way through our appetizer menu. Grab something new like our spinach artichoke dip, or our tuna tartare. Both feature local ingredients from The Soap Co. Coffee House and Mueller Family Farm.

If you’re looking for a bright spot this evening, or a comfy place to hunker down, we’ve got you covered!

It’s Wednesday and that means we have burgers and beers on deck! Come get one of our signature burgers, fries or a side salad, and a non-craft beer, all for $15!

Get cozy with a cup of our zupa toscana. Rich Tuscan soup, made with Italian sausage, potato, and chopped kale. The perfect remedy for a dreary day.

And if you’ve been sleeping on this amazing local molasses bread from The Soap Co. Coffee House, do yourself a favor and try it out! Sweet, nutty bread, served with whipped honey butter.

Our Roasted Pork Belly is everything you want on a weekend night—rich, crispy, and glazed with a savory soy sauce. Served over rice grits and finished with sesame. It's the kind of dish that keeps you thinking about your next bite.

Got a sweet tooth? Our Strawberry Shortcake is back and ready to steal the show. A tender vanilla biscuit-style shortcake layered with fresh strawberries and topped with our house-made whipped cream. Simple, classic, and absolutely delicious.

Thursdays are all about delicious appetizers here at proud Richard’s. Bring a friend, try something new, or enjoy an old favorite. Our Nashville chicken strips have been on the menu for years and they’ve stayed for a reason. Locally pasture raised chicken from 4 Lees Farm, hand breaded, fried, and tossed in our Nashville hot oil. Served with blue cheese slaw and our ranch dressing.

We also have our chicken bacon ranch sandwich back this year! That same delicious chicken, served on a bun from The Soap Co. Coffee House topped with all the fixings.

Don’t forget to wash it down with a refreshing seasonal cocktail. Our 24 karat Collins is the bright ray of sunshine you’ve been looking for between all this rain.

Wednesdays are burger and beer night here. Grab a scratch made, locally sourced burger, fries or a side salad, and a non-craft beer; all for just $15! Our burgers are some of the best around, and made with local products from Jones Meat & Locker, The Soap Co. Coffee House, and Mueller Family Farm.

It’s Saturday, and we’ve got a few delicious reasons to stop by Proud Richard’s this weekend!

Our gluten-free and vegetarian entrée Harissa Carrots. Roasted carrots, couscous, and braised greens from Mueller Family Farm finished with a tahini sauce, bringing together a perfect balance of warmth, spice, and richness.

For soup, we’re serving Zuppa Toscana. A hearty Italian sausage with kale and potato. Topped with fresh chopped herbs for a bright finish.

BRUNCH—Last reminder! Our monthly Sunday Brunch is tomorrow from 9:30am to 2pm.

One brunch favorite you won’t want to miss is our Chicken & Waffles. Crispy fried chicken from 4 Lees Farm served over a golden waffle and finished with our house-made rosemary honey. Looking for a little extra kick? Add Nashville Hot Oil for just $1.

Our featured entrée is Pea & Bacon Carbonara. Bucatini tossed with spring peas from Mueller Family Farm and all the rich, comforting flavors that make carbonara a favorite. It’s a perfect way to celebrate the season.

Looking for something refreshing to sip alongside dinner? Give our seasonal cocktail, the Scarlet Begonias, a try. Bright, flavorful, and made for warm spring evenings.

BRUNCH—Don’t forget that this Sunday is our monthly brunch service! We’ll be serving all your favorites from 9:30 to 2.
