I bought a food truck to support someone else’s dream. Somewhere along the way, it became mine.
Big Boss Burgers started with my best friend, who loved cooking and dreamed of owning a food business. I believed in his vision, so I jumped in, bought a truck, and committed to building it with him.
Six months later, he walked away. He didn’t believe the business could become something that lasted.
Suddenly, I was left with a truck, bills, and a business I didn’t know how to run. I had never cooked before. I never imagined myself working behind a grill. But I knew one thing: I wasn’t quitting.
So I learned. I made mistakes. I kept showing up. I worked to get a little better every day, even when I wasn’t sure where this journey would lead.
Five years later, Big Boss Burgers is still here. We have customers who follow the truck, communities and companies that invite us back, and a business that helps keep the lights on and supports the people behind it.
None of this would be possible without everyone who has bought a burger, shared a post, booked the truck, or told someone about us. Thank you for believing in Big Boss Burgers and becoming part of our story. ❤️🍔
Sometimes the people who started the journey with you won’t make it to the finish line. Sometimes nobody else will see what you see.
Believe in yourself anyway. Keep learning. Keep showing up. Keep pushing forward—especially when no one else believes you can do it.
