We still go on father-daughter dates, we just call them work trips now 🍦☀️

Last week Dad and I drove down to Fort Lauderdale for the day to train with an incredibly talented pastry chef and get some hands-on experience leveling up our gelato program.

We’re so excited to bring some of these new techniques back to the shop and see them come to life. Our gelato has always been housemade — now it’s going to be even better.

Made from scratch in small batches by our friends at .buffalo using local dairy and ingredients you can pronounce. What’s not to love ❤️

Grab your fully-cooked, ready to eat Thanksgiving dinner to-go from Cowfeathers. We’re cooking from scratch so you don’t have to worry about sacrificing quality and still save yourself at least 10 hours of prep, cooking, and clean up.

Every Monday we start cooking our new weekly menu and we’ll have all of these out by the end of the day. We start stocking the grab-and-go as soon as we complete each dish.
