I, (Beth)am always honored when Im asked to make something special. This order was for someone special, actually a group of special someone's that have been long time fans of Red Barn Bakery and us. Im so grateful for fun orders like these. Audra Salyer thank you for your special order and for trusting me with your vision.we hope all enjoyed their fun treats and the viewing party was everything you all hoped it would be.

9/6/26 - Red Barn Bakery has 1 box of football themed cupcakes available for pickup. Grab a cup of ypur favorite Happy Camper Cafe while you are here. We have the espresso machine going until 11:30 today. Beth brought back the Carmel Apple Latte today. Dont forget we also have Blueberry Ginger Lattes, and our Pumkin Spice Latte.

And Fresh in from Grounds and Hounds is one of my favorite coffees, The Bone Collector and my husband's favorite the Pumpkin Spice coffee. Both are amazing. Snag a bag and make at home.

A cake to smash for a special little girl. Thank you to her mama for trusting me with her vision. Thank you also to Laura for introducing my to such an amazing mama. Cakes take me so.long to ice with each detail, I want them to be perfect for each special person. Im (Beth) honored we were able to make this fun cake.

Bakery math: 1 zucchini the size of a small baby = and win for all= zucchini bread.

Red Barn Bakery Cheddar jalapeño biscuits. Spicing up breakfast this morning. Cant wait for organic garden fresh jalapeños. Getting ready to put the plants in the ground today.

You, too can have ypur own cheddar jalapeño biscuits. Right now during our busy season with Happy Camper Cafe it is best to place an order 2 weeks in advance. Beth struggles with telling customers she's too busy to bake but the more time I have the better chance we have of meeting your needs.

If you want to try the biscuits and would like to pre-order we will be at the Grand River Farmers Market this coming Friday 6/5/26 9-2, the Grand River pavillion in Jackson, and the new location at the Armory on Saturday 6/6/26 from 9-2

Beth had some fun creating with frosting today. Red Barn Bakery was trusted with a last request for some "fancy" cupcakes for a special someone graduating. I cant do last minute orders these days and it totally breaks my heart to say no, but am outing for Happy Camper Cafe was pushed into June and the stars aligned and we could make this order happen. Im honored that we were asked. It means so much to us to be a part of such special memories.

Today has been a busy day!! Im so glad the rain held off until it could come and go and not cause issues.

Beth(me), or Red Barn Bakery made a treats to help celebrate 2 very special people starting their forever story together. What an honor to be trusted with a brides vision. Thank you to her family for helping make everything possible.

The pictures do not do this cake justice, it is a big one. Vanilla cake made with the best certified organic flours and topped with vanilla buttercream. The bride also picked 3 different flavors of cupcakes

Chocolate with chocolate espresso buttercream

Strawberry with strawberry buttercream

Hummingbird cupcakes with whipped cream cheese icing

Then we also made our Jumbo Chocolate chip cookies 🍪 these cookies are not for the faint of heart. They are the big.

The venue for the wedding was stunning and I snuck in like a mouse with some helpers and left our sweet touch:)

Thank you to all that helped make this all come together. We are honored to be a part of this.
