All major appliances have been purchased, electrical box COMPLETELY redone, light boxes ran, now finally getting the tin ceiling installed in the coffee shop area! We’ve completed the food safety manager class (test is next) and brand new AC ductwork is to be delivered and installed next week! When we say we’ve redone everything, we have 😂 And it’s all been done with a 3 person crew along with some people God has sent us along the way to help us. Next is to order and install 2 brand new AC units and butcher block countertops! The progress has been slower than we anticipated, but we’re trusting in God’s timing and process!
