Golden Summer Gazpacho

A chilled summer gazpacho made with sweet peaches, ripe cantaloupe, cucumber, yellow peppers, fresh basil, ginger, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil.

Bright, refreshing, a little sweet, a little savory, and made for the days when it’s too hot for something heavy.

Served chilled, paired with a cucumber canapé featuring whipped goat cheese, fresh basil, sun-dried tomato, cracked pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil..

If you’ve never tried gazpacho before, this is your sign. It’s basically summer in a cup. ☀️

Small towns are built by the people and places that bring us together, and the Historic State Theatre is one of those places.

Having a hometown movie theater right here in Jackson is something worth supporting. It’s where families make memories, friends meet up, and our community gathers.

If you’d like fresh treats or bread for the holiday weekend, please get your order in by 4:00 PM today. The sooner, the better - I start mixing dough around 5:00, so knowing what everyone wants helps me plan ingredients and make enough for everyone.

Now taking orders for:
🥐 Classic sourdough cinnamon rolls
✨ Specialty cinnamon rolls (including maple pecan or other requested flavors)
🧀 Savory rolls, like cheesy jalapeño
🥖 Sourdough bread in your favorite flavors
🍪 Cookies: Chocolate Pistachio, Chocolate Chocolate, or Oatmeal Cranberry with Orange Zest & Walnuts

Stop by The Elevated Cup before 3:00 PM to grab your favorite before we head to the Riverside Farmers Market at Dan’s Island Park from 3:30–6:00 PM.

Our sourdough is made with a slow-fermented starter, giving it incredible flavor, a chewy crumb, and a beautifully crisp crust. As always, quantities are limited, so once a flavor is gone, it’s gone!

*Update!*
The weather decided today wasn’t the day for baked goods. Unfortunately our baked goods really don’t like the extra moisture and the quality tends to suffer.

However, we are going to have a few items. We are going to come up with a few solutions, and try baked goods again next week!

The Elevated Cup will be closing at 3:00 PM on Thursdays so we can participate in the Jackson Farmers Market.

☀️ A Quick Update to Our Summer Hours ☀️

As summer gets into full swing, we’re making a couple of changes to our schedule.

Starting this week, we’ll be closing at 3:00 PM on Thursdays so we can get set up and participate in the Jackson Farmers Market @ Dan’s Island, which begins at 3:30 PM. We’re excited to be part of another great community event and hope to see you there!

We’re also making a family-focused change. One of the reasons I started this business was to build a life that allowed me to spend more time with my family, and summer has a way of reminding us how quickly these seasons pass. Because of that, Saturdays will no longer be part of our regular hours.

From time to time, we may still open on a Saturday for special events, markets, or seasonal offerings, and we’ll always post those announcements ahead of time.

Thank you all for your continued support of The Elevated Cup. Your encouragement has helped turn this little café into something truly special, and I’m grateful for every visit, conversation, and cup shared.
