The Elevated Cup

We’re down in Spirit Lake today for the SPIRITual LAKE Wellness Expo, and we’re excited to spend the day surrounded by so many different people, businesses, ideas, and activities centered around wellness.

We brought along a few of our favorite Elevated Cup items to share, so if you’ve been curious about what we do, today is a good chance to stop by, say hi, and check things out.

There’s a lot happening throughout the day, with different vendors, demonstrations, activities, and plenty to explore, so we’re looking forward to seeing what everyone brought and meeting some new people along the way.

If you’re in the Spirit Lake area today, come spend some time at the Expo and make a day of it.

📍 Dickinson County Expo Center, Spirit Lake, Iowa
🕙 10 AM to 5 PM

I just need to pack up and dress the rest of these cinnamon rolls, but when they are sold I get to go home 😅

1/2 lb each. Warm cinnamon rolls are perfectly okay to have for lunch. 😋

Treat yourself! (Maybe the office too 😅)

We will be at the SPIRITual LAKE Wellness Expo tomorrow (Saturday) so we hope to see you there!

Today will be a bit of a Semi-Wellness Day at The Elevated Cup.

I’m going to be listening to my body and taking things a little slower today.

I’ll still be at the shop part of the day preparing for this weekend’s expo in Spirit Lake, and I’ll have some breads, baked goods, and other items available for purchase, but I may not have the capacity to provide full café service.

If the lights are on, feel free to stop in and see what’s available. Just know today may look a little different than usual.

Thanks for understanding while I balance getting ready for the weekend with taking care of myself.

Tomorrow’s bread lineup is starting to take shape!

🍞 We’ll have a limited number of soft sourdough sandwich loaves available. These are our square Pullman-style loaves, perfect for toast, sandwiches, grilled cheese, French toast, or just slicing up while they’re fresh.

(UPDATE: All Pullman loaves have been spoken for 😅 Thanks guys!)

Quantities will be limited, so reserve yours today if you want one set aside for pickup tomorrow.

We’ll also have plenty of Rustic Blonde sourdough and a few specialty loaves coming out of the oven.

And I’m looking for a little inspiration.

What specialty sourdough would you like to see us make?
💬Drop your idea in the comments. We may pick one of your suggestions for tomorrow’s bake.

😎 It’s a warm one today, and it looks like we’re holding onto the warmer weather for the rest of the week.

Perfect excuse for something cold.

We’ve got Dragon Fruit Strawberry Lemonade with muddled strawberries, classic lemonade, sweet and unsweetened iced tea, and cold brew ready to go. 🍋 🍓 🫖 🍃 ☕️ 🧊

No flavored syrups. No artificial flavoring. Just real ingredients, served ice cold.

Stop in, cool down, and grab a chilled sip while this little stretch of warm weather sticks around. 🌡️ 🌞

🍁🥓 MAPLE BACON CINNAMON ROLLS 🥓🍁

Our sourdough cinnamon rolls got a fall upgrade.

Soft, buttery rolls made with maple sugar and real maple syrup, filled with brown sugar and cinnamon, loaded with bacon, and finished with a maple glaze.

Sweet. Salty. Sticky. Ridiculous.

Available while they last at The Elevated Cup.

Meet Mr. Crunch.

Croque Monsieur literally translates to “Mr. Crunch,” and that felt like a name worth keeping.

Our newest hot addition to the menu is built on our soft enriched sourdough sandwich bread, layered with smoked ham and Gruyère cheese, smothered in béchamel and more Gruyère, then toasted until crisp on the outside and hot and melty in the middle.

A classic French café sandwich with a name we think deserves a little more airtime around here.

Mr. Crunch is officially on the menu.
Served with our Brussels Sprouts Salad

We are super excited to have a new entertainment business in downtown Jackson. Being a eco-friendly café, we are all about recycling, and this is going to change the repurposing game.

They will take your chipped, cracked, and unwanted glass, as well as other breakable items, and give them a second use, before ultimately end up in the recycling bin ♻️
