Buckner's starts each morning making everything they possibly can from scratch. All of their meats are brought in fresh and then fried, roasted, or smoked on site. Their signature chicken is cut and prepared in a unique style daily and over 100 tons of it is served each year. The stoves and ovens are burned all day long to ensure that no matter what time a guest walks in, they will consistently ha
