We’re back with another Meet the Staff! Today we get to meet the beautiful person behind the camera and all things creative. She’s the one who makes all the marketing magic for both restaurants, Kelly Little!

Q: Where are you from?
A: I’m originally from Dallas, TX.

Q: How long have you lived in Jackson?
A: 5 and a half years.

Q: What is your role at Local and Trio?
A: I’m the Marketing Manager for both restaurants, as well as a floor manager and server at Trio!

Q: What is your favorite dish on the menu right now?
A: I love the new pesto Genovese.

Q: Winter or Summer?
A: Summer, for sure!

Q: What is your favorite Summer activity?
A: Taking my dog, Birdie, hiking and swimming on sunny days. She’s a little river rat.

Q: What is the first dish you remember loving?
A: It has to be pierogi, my family has had a tradition of eating them on Christmas Eve since I was little!

Q: What is your go-to dish to make at home?
A: Probably a pantry pasta. Anything goes!

Q: Favorite movie?
A: Hmm, I would say either No Country for Old Men or Blade Runner 2049…honorable mention for Prince of Egypt.

Q: What is one thing you always keep in your fridge at home?
A: Coconut yogurt and coconut milk.

Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten?
A: You can’t grow in your comfort zone.

It’s the first of the month…you know what that means! It’s time to Meet the Staff! Today we’re chatting with the cutest cutie on the block, Bailey Collins.

Fun fact: Bailey is the artist behind our blood orange margarita stickers!

Q: Where are you from?
A: Jackson, Wyoming, right here!

Q: How long have you lived in Jackson?
A: My whole life, other than college in Bozeman and a year in New Zealand.

Q: What is your role at Trio?
A: I’m a hostess.

Q: What is your favorite dish on the menu right now?
A: I like the margarita pizza or the caesar salad, I love the caesar salad. Without the anchovies, anchovies freak me out! (Bailey is a vegetarian)

Q: Winter or Summer?
A: Summer.

Q: What is your favorite Summer activity?
A: Trail running or gravel biking. But probably trail running.

Q: What is the first dish you remember loving?
A: As a kid I loved Alfredo pasta, it would make so sick, then I’d be like “make it again!” to my parents.

Q: What is your go-to dish to make at home?
A: I like to make a good orzo pasta salad, or grainy roasted veggie bowl…and a sauce, sauce is important!

Q: Favorite movie?
A: My favorite movie growing up was Moonrise Kingdom. I also love How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days and Mamma Mia.

Q: What is one thing you always keep in your fridge at home?
A: Yerba Mate. In fact, I just bought another 4 pack today!

Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten?
A: My mom always told me “don’t borrow trouble.” It means if you’re worried about something and expecting the worst, just wait to see how it plays out. Don’t borrow trouble!

A: Bellefontain, Ohio.

A: Hmm, since 2009? So fifteen years.

Q: What is your role at Trio?
A: Sous Chef.

Q: What is your favorite dish on the menu right now?
A: The pork chop.

A: Summer.

A: Riding motorcycles.

Q: What is the first dish you remember loving?
A: Ramen noodles. (As per the childhood picture you posted)

A: Two eggs, hash, toast, and bacon. Breakfast is my hobby.

A: Days of Thunder.
