If you're doing an event or you're wanting to have a backup measure for your inventory control. Here you go keep up with your bun packaging ties .
254 ties each tie equals12 regular buns witch equals 3048 buns times what ever you sell the regular sandwiches for say $5.00 each that's 15,240 in sandwiches.

Been thinking real hard here lately on revamping our menu .
Because I know that food costs are gonna go through the roof .
They have no choice but to go up.
If diesel cost keeps rising so does the cost of doing business .
I'm not willing to go up on our prices .
So the only thing that I can think of is taking some of the more "expensive items" off of the menu till prices go back down .
That way we are keeping our food costs down so the business and our customers don't have to absorb it .
These are the things that keep me up at night
it's hard out here for the small business people
it's hard out here for the working men and women .
You know it's got bad. When you go to the grocery store and you get a bag and a half of groceries and The bill is $120-140 just for the bare essentials .
We haven't made our mind up yet
but if you see our menu change
This is the reason why .
We like to keep everyone informed on any decisions we make because it's not only our business, it's your business as well .
