🖍We decided not to make a peanut butter hand-dipped flavor this week since we already have quite a bit of hand-dipped ice cream in stock. BUT—you can absolutely choose any hand-dipped flavor we currently have in stock if you’d rather have hand-dipped instead of the peanut butter soft serve! 🍦🙌

💚 IT’S OFFICIALLY PISTACHIO TIME… AND IT’S FAIR WEEK! 🎡🍦

We’re sorry we’re a couple days late posting these! Our pistachio cream was supposed to arrive Tuesday, but it didn’t make it in until yesterday. 💚

But now we have LOTS of pistachio cream and we’re ready to go!

💙☕️ Greek Goddess Brew

☕️Our coffee soft serve paired with our homemade Greek coffee — brewed, filtered, and poured right into the mix!

☕️If you know Greek coffee, you know those grounds settle right at the bottom like a little cup of coffee sand ☕️ So we filter ours before adding it to this coffee creation.

☕️And of course, a little twirl and an OPA! to finish it off! 🙌💙

OPA, THERE IT IS! ☕🍦

☕️Meet Opa, There It Is! — our coffee-inspired sundae made with our coffee hand-dipped ice cream, our coffee cheesecake baklava, a generous topping of mascarpone cream, whipped cream, and all the fixings!

☕️It’s creamy, crunchy, coffee-y, and 100% Stoyanna’s. 🤎

☕️And this one has a little extra heart behind it. ❤️ It was inspired by my Nouno, who loved his coffee and ice cream — so this Sunday’s sundae is a little nod to him.

You saw us jumping and saying Opa, there it is!… and NOW we can officially say it — OUR COFFEE SOFT SERVE IS BACK! 🎉

One side of our machine is FIXED! 🙌

Come celebrate with our Opa, There It Is Sundae— coffee soft serve or our Rush hour Hand-dipped paired with our coffee cheesecake baklava and topped with creamy mascarpone cheese, Caramel, Pretzel and all the fixings to make it a Stoyanna’s Sundae. 🤎

☕️ We’re having a little coffee crisis… but we’re still brewing up the fun! 😂

Our coffee soft serve machine is taking a tiny “coffee break” while we get it checked out today (fingers crossed we get BOTH sides working again 🤞).

☕️But don’t worry… the coffee cravings can still be satisfied! We have our Rush Hour hand-dipped ready to go, and we also have Mocha Almond for another delicious option. We’ve got vanilla and chocolate soft serve available too!

☕️And because we can’t stop creating coffee magic… we made:
☕️ Coffee cheesecake with a nutty phyllo crust and mascarpone filling
☕️ Greek coffee poke cake with mascarpone topping

☕️So even if the machine is taking a nap, we’re still espresso-ing our love for coffee desserts! 💙
