A Princess castle for my nieces birthday!! Chocolate cake with cookies and cream icing! The towers are made of Oreos with chocolate ganache! And I used vanilla and chocolate fondant!! This was definitely a learning experience. If you are wondering why it looks like someone was tasting the fondant in the front, you would be right! My son took a couple pieces to taste 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣.

It’s my Dads 60th Birthday and I made him a this wonderful cake of different stages in his life. The top tier is funfetti and his stage of husband. The second tier is strawberry and cream cheese and his stage of life is father. The third tier is a German chocolate and his stage of life is grandparent. I’m so happy I got to do this for him! So it’s been awhile since I made a cake due to the fact being pregnant and having carpel tunnel sucks when you are trying to create a memory for someone else. So Yesterday I made my first cake in awhile for my handsome nephew 2nd birthday! So I made him a Paw Patrol theme cake because he LOVES that show!! It’s a Vanilla and Chocolate layered with American buttercream! I was trying to make the hill look bumpy around the cake hints the gap and rough edges! When do you ever see a perfectly smooth hillside lol!
