Hey friends, come see us tomorrow and try this beautiful Spicy Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich! 🇰🇷

Today we will be brining 70 lbs of chicken thighs from our friends at A&A, then tomorrow we will be double frying them with a Korean-style batter that yields a light, extremely crispy, eggshell-thin breading! It’s a unique cooking process that makes some of the crunchiest, most addictive bites of chicken that you’ve ever tasted! 🥲 Once it’s out of the fryer we toss it in a house made spicy and sweet yangnyeom sauce and serve it on a brioche bun with a cabbage slaw laced with pickled daikon radish, kimchi, and green onions, sliced pickles, and a creamy secret sauce! This bad boy will come with a side of our fresh, handcut fries 🍟

In our humble opinion no one fries a piece of chicken quite like the South Koreans- except for your good buddies over here at Booher’s! Come see us tomorrow and try it before we sell out!✌️&❤️

Tomorrow’s special is a one of our classics, but we’re going to do it a little different this time around! We’re making our delicious Roasted Tomato and Fennel Soup and serving it with a yummy Grilled Cheese Sandwich- however this weekend we’re using a really nice sourdough, muenster cheese, aged cheddar, and some sweet caramelized onions!

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup tastes great any time of year, but we’re so excited to kick off fall with this cozy, comforting classic! 🍂🍁Make sure to pick up some pumpkins and mums while you’re here and get your fall vibes going. We look forward to serving you well this weekend here at Booher’s ✌️&❤️

We’re going to be making some beautiful Frisco Melts this weekend- starting tomorrow until we sell out!

Two quarter pound beef patties from our friends at A&A, 3 slices of Swiss cheese, bacon, tomato, and a delicious garlic aioli, all served on some beautiful grilled sourdough bread! Served with a side of our fresh, hand-cut fries. This is a big sandwich, so make sure to come hungry this weekend! We’ve got you covered with a killer special, along with all of our other homemade favorites! See you tomorrow!✌️&❤️

Hello Jackson! Come see us tomorrow for some delicious house-smoked Chicken Shawarma Wings 😎

Our fresh wings have been brined for a day, and are now getting their dose of mild Applewood smoke to complement our punchy, earthy Shawarma spice rub. Tomorrow we will be crisping them to order, tossing them with butter and more seasoning, and serving them with a cilantro-y, garlic-y housemade Ranch. Perfect for the wings as well as our hand-cut French fries 🤤

This one went fast last time, so we ordered even more! We have 80 lbs smoking today and once they’re gone, they’re gone- so come see us this weekend here at Booher’s for some fun flavors. And don’t forget to pick up your mums and pumpkins on the way out. Have a great weekend, everyone!✌️❤️

Here’s a quick update regarding the restaurant’s future plans and some exciting new menu changes going live on Monday, straight from the boss himself, Craig Booher! ❤️

We’ve redesigned and reorganized our menu to make it easier to read and to reflect some of the changes we’ve all had to deal with when it comes to the cost of… well, basically everything. 🤣

We’re planning to update our prices and have brand-new takeout and dine-in menus ready for you on Monday! 🕺

Thank you all so much for your love and support throughout the years. As we continue to learn and grow in this crazy business, we’re always looking for ways to provide you and your family with wholesome food, made right here by us, at the best possible prices.

Our expansion plans and new menu changes will reflect our passion for good food and our desire to always show appreciation to the community that continues to support us!

12 inch Tavern Style Pizza is the special for the weekend, starting tomorrow while supplies last! Thin crispy dough loaded to the edge with mozzarella & provolone, salami, pepperoni, Parmesan, and a drizzle of Mikes Hot Honey! We can also do plain cheese pizzas, all salami, all pepperoni, or leave off the honey- have it any way you like because you can’t go wrong with this one! 😎
