🚨Yolk Yard update for this week!🚨

This Saturday I'll have a booth set up at The Jacksboro Market on the Square. I will have duck & chicken eggs, dehydrated sourdough starter along with LIVE sourdough starter! That's right, you can leave from the market & go straight home to use it! 😉

Also, a new Yolk Yard product will be on the table.. freeze dried eggs! Perfect for those summer camping trips or just for having as a backup in the pantry.

There will be no restock at the stand this week, but catch us on the square! There will be lots of vendors & cars. See y'all then! 💛👋🏻

Y'all, it's been a while. 😅 We are finally at our new location & running again! Tomorrow morning will be the first restock back.. I guess a "grand" reopening of sorts.

Calling all egg enthusiasts! I need opinions. 👀🥚

I’ve been considering offering freeze dried eggs & wanted to see if that’s something y’all would actually be interested in!

They can be great for baking, camping, long-term pantry storage, emergency food supplies or just everyday convenience

Would this be something you’d buy locally?
And if so.. would you prefer:
🥚 whole eggs
🥚 egg powder
🥚 flavored/scrambled mixes
🥚 smaller jars or bulk sizes

I'm so excited to announce that The Yolk Yard officially has turkey poults available! 🦃

Last year I hoped to have a turkey breeding program, but that didn't happen with only one hen. But this year is different! 🤩 These are a lively bunch of babies. They're going to be so much fun!
