Here's George Motz and Alvin Cailan at Herd's today, along with a crew of about 20. They were filming an episode of "The Burger Show", which will be posted on Youtube Oct. 29. I have to brag a little bit and say that they and the crew couldn't get over how good the burgers were. It was an awesome experience and it was very cool to see a show filmed and produced by such professional people. As they were filming it was really fun to watch George and Alvin bantering back and forth about the quality of the burgers and what they liked about them. It's an honor for George to consider our burgers to be some of the best in the country and to be featured on the show. Be sure to check it out, just go to YouTube and search for "The Burger Show". Our episode will post on Oct. 29, but there are already 5 seasons of the show online.

George Motz, author of the book "Hamburger America" and one of the foremost experts on hamburgers will be at Herd's on Wednesday, Sept. 11. HIs Youtube hit with over a million viewers, "The Burger Show," will be in Dallas to do a segment on three different burger joints and we are one of them. We're in his book and he's been in and ate a burger with us twice before and it's an honor to be one of the three North Texas burger joints he chose to feature on his show. Come out this Wednesday and maybe get interviewed for the show.
