Rain rain rain, and still too hot inside to bake!! But I do have some yummy ice cream goodies to get you out of your cozy homes, and into the dreariness- we have THAI ICED TEA vegan ice cream for the last time this season!! Aaaaaand ice cream cake with Vanilla with Heath bar, chocolate crunchies, and Chocolate ice cream.

I’m going out of town for the rest of the week with my cousins so no fun specials after these til next week! Maybe brinleyebner will make more of her bars!!! Let me know in the comments some fun places to go to in Nashville, I’ve never been!

Fun new specials today! Even though we *still* don’t have air conditioning, I couldn’t help myself and I made some CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN BARS!!! I LOVE pecan pie and I LOVE shortbread cookies and I LOVE chocolate, so this is the best of all these worlds!!! Come and get one alone or with vanilla ice cream and caramel or hot fudge!

I also made another ice cream cake for slices- vanilla ice cream, cherry dip cookie crunch, and funfetti cake batter ice cream!!

Our IHS Class of 2027 Specialty Parfaits are selling so fast we may have the change them up before the 7th to keep the fundraiser going!! (See previous post.)

We also have slices of ice cream cake today for our special- Vanilla, black raspberry, chocolate crunchies and fudge!

Only a couple more weeks to order a custom soft serve cake! Link is in bio to order! DM me if you need a specific date, our ordering system automatically gives me a one week lead time. I’m also going out of town for Labor Day weekend, so put those orders in before the end of the week!

When you have the best employees in the world and one of them is going into their senior year at IHS and wants to do a fundraiser for their class you immediately say YES!! Come and get a Twix inspired ice cream Parfait with layers of chocolate crunch candy, gooey caramel & vanilla ice cream and $2.50 from each parfait will go to IHS Class of 2027!!! We will have these through 9/7!

We also have slices of ice cream cake available today with our vanilla soft serve and red raspberry sherbet, so so yummy together! It also has the classic chocolate cookie crunchies inside and has a fudge icing on the outside!

brinleyebner also made LOTS of her Klondike Bar-like bars since she won’t be here this coming weekend, so get them soon while they last! We won’t have them again for another two weeks and then we close for the season on Sept 20!!! 😱

It’s cooler today so despite our lack of A/C, I made some JUMBO SEA SALT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!! Made with my recipe, but using more of the huge NYC style of cookie technique, they’re gorgeous and the size of my hand! Perfect for this rainy day!

SO MANY ICE CREAM CAKES!! We sold out SO FAST yesterday, like early enough that I was still here to make more for today, so I made SIX to sell today! Three I sliced up, three I kept whole!

Slices:
•Chocolate Cookies & Cream
•Biscoff cookie and Heath Bar
•Cherry cookie and Birthday Cake (SO GOOD for you cherry cone dip lovers!!)

Full 8” cakes:
•Vanilla, Red Raspberry Sherbet, Chocolate Cookie, Chocolate Frosting
•Vanilla, Black Raspberry, Chocolate Cookie, Chocolate Frosting
•Twist, Chocolate Cookies and Cream, Nutella, Chocolate Frosting

I figured out that since I only have 9” cake rounds and boxes that I couldn’t decorate the bottoms of the cakes so I’m experimenting with the 8” molds!! My Achilles heel of baking has always been cake decoration, so I’m not *great* at it but I think I’m getting better…. Why am I so bad at those scalloped edges?!

Any ways, slices are $4.75, full cakes are $35, first come first serve! Bring your cash! If the full ones don’t sell in the next couple days, I’ll slice em up!

We haven’t had air conditioning for over a week now and we might not have it for ANOTHER week so no baking this week! I did make lots of ice cream cakes last week for custom orders and had an extra one to slice up for y’all! It’s a cookies and cream cake with blue frosting! Only FOUR more weeks to put an order in for your own custom ice cream cake!

We also have a couple of Brinley’s ice cream bars, they’re selling like hot cakes!
