We’re closed today! 💛

We’re heading up to Syracuse to run some errands and decided to take a little time to regroup and get some planning done. We have SO much coming up over the next month—camp menus, baby showers, Apple Festival, and plenty of tasty creations in between! 🍎✨

We can’t wait to share everything we’ve been dreaming up with you all. Thank you, as always, for all of your love and support. Our community means the world to us! 🥰

In case you didn’t know, one of our raffle prizes is a night at Wellspring Forest Farm’s Airbnb! 🏡🌿 And we couldn’t be more excited to share this one with you.

We’re proud to use mushrooms in our ramen, omelettes, and pretty much any other dish we can find an excuse to throw them into! 😂🍄 If you’ve tasted their mushrooms, you know exactly why—we can taste the passion they put into what they do in every bite.

And guess what? You can actually stay on their farm and experience it for yourself!

We’re so happy to call Steve from Wellspring Farm a friend, fellow food lover, and supporter of everything we’re working toward. Building these friendships with local farmers and producers is one of our favorite parts of this journey. ❤️

We have the absolute pleasure of calling Aphra our coworker AND our friend. Not only does she make some of the best soft-scrambled eggs and most decadent cakes in town, she’s also an incredibly talented artist who creates beautiful wearable art like these earrings! 💕✨

☀️ SUMMER IS IN FULL SWING ☀️ and our weekend menu is showing it!!!

We’re bringing all the best parts of summer to your plate this weekend 🌽🍑🌿

🍜 Cold Soda Noodles tossed in a sweet corn + tofu cream sauce with fresh shiso leaves. The corn, tofu, and shiso are all coming from some of our favorite local farmers!

🧇 Buttermilk Waffle topped with local peaches + blueberries and finished with a drizzle of crème anglaise made with local dairy. Because sometimes something sweet is exactly what you need. 🍑🫐

🥓 Pork Belly BLT stacked with local tomatoes and local pork belly for when you’re looking for something a little more hearty!

And of course, we’ve got cold drinks to keep you refreshed and music to keep you hanging out 🎶🥤

One year ago, we took a leap of faith, and thanks to this incredible community, we’ve been on the most amazing journey. Now we’re ready for the next step—and we’d love for you to celebrate it with us!

We’ve got some really exciting events and festivals coming up, which means you’ll be seeing us all over town! We’re working hard behind the scenes getting everything ready, and we can’t wait to share it all with you.

We’re so excited to announce that tickets for our Feasting for the Future Fundraiser are now available! You can purchase event tickets and raffle tickets online, or stop by the café to buy them in person and avoid online fees.

✨ Event Tickets: $30
Your ticket includes all the food you’d like to enjoy throughout the evening!

🍷 Drinks will be available through Open Spaces’ curated FLX Farm Bar featuring cider, wine, spirits, and mocktails. Cash bar. Venmo and cards accepted.

Can’t make it to the fundraiser? You can still participate and win! Stop by the café to purchase raffle tickets ahead of time.

Whether you’re craving something savory or something sweet, we’ve got you covered.

🍳 Kimchi Omelette — fluffy eggs filled with kimchi and melty cheese, served with a fresh side salad dressed in our house-made miso vinaigrette.

🧇 Waffle Special — topped with local white cherry compote and finished with silky yuzu crème anglaise. Trust us… it’s every bit as good as it sounds.
