It is with a very heavy heart that we must announce that we have to close The Noble Bird. We are extremely grateful to Ithaca for all its support over the past few months. We started underfunded, understaffed, and in the slowest month of the year, and we still managed to have a great start due to the love from our community. Is the Bird gone forever?? I don’t know, but I do know we need a couple of months to rest and reorient ourselves before looking for another path. Again, thank you so much Ithaca, we hope we can serve you again in the future, cheers!-
