as led several kitchens as Executive Chef in the finger lakes region, including a Fortune 500 company. Curtis strives to utilize the best local and regional products, as well as, exceptional imported ingredients to craft the most perfect dishes for each and every guest.

Dear community members and loyal guests,

In compliance with the new state mandates, we will be closing our doors today. We understand that health and safety are a priority and as hard as this is, we know it’s for the best. We sincerely hope, with all our hearts, that these strict measures help flatten the curve and save lives. We thank you all for your support and continued patronage. To our valued guests,

We would like to reach out and assure you that we are keeping an eye on the current health situation. Health and safety are always a priority, but even more so now. We take this very seriously and we are doing everything within our abilities to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

We have increased the veracity of our strict hygiene and sanitation practices. We sanitize all surfaces that come in contact with guests and/or employees before dinner service and throughout the duration of the evening.

We are limiting our seating capacity to 50% and spacing tables to limit contact.

We utilize both high heat water and chemical sanitizing agents in our ware washing operation to insure absolute cleanliness of glasses, dish ware and silverware.

We are offering curbside pickup during this time. Our current menu can be found on our website. Please call us to place your order.

We are currently open during normal business hours and will update if there are any changes. To protect everyone, we ask that if you have a fever or are feeling unwell, please stay home and visit us when you’re healthy again.
