We’ve chosen Meyer’s Dark Rum for its deep richness and paired it with our house-brewed ginger beer, finished with fresh lime. The result? A perfectly balanced drink with a little heat, a little sweetness, and plenty of character.
The story goes that British Royal Navy sailors mixed local rum with spicy ginger beer to help soothe seasickness. Looking at that dark rum floating over the fizzy ginger beer, they described it as the “color of a cloud only a fool or dead man would sail under.”
