Route 27 Pizza Owner and long-time Islip resident, Frank Stagnitta brings 30 years of experience and over 3 generations of Italian culinary excellence to Route 27 Pizza.

The tradition began with his grandparents who immigrated from Italy and shared their old world family recipes. Frank's first store in Brightwaters opened with the help of his mother, Molly, and served up a delicious sauce that complemented their great meatballs, eggplant dinners, and countless other savory dishes. Frank delights diners with everything from his Deep-Dish specialties & creative pizz

a toppings to his NY Neapolitan, which is all created with the finest ingredients. His extensive menu includes appetizers, fresh salads, a variety of chicken, veal, and seafood entrees, as well as over 20 different pasta dishes with something to please every palate.
