Doing some experimenting with Kool-Aid soaked pineapple spears. This is watermelon on top of a bed of chow mein noodles and plantain strips. Chamoy sauce on top and sprinkled with chamoyada. Its pretty good.
Anyone out there like to try it? I currently have black cherry, mixed berry and watermelon pineapple spears. Each flavor is phenomenal in its own right. Makes for a great snack.
If you also have any suggestions on how I can serve these up please comment.
Im also thinking of adding a Cherry Kool-Aid pickle spear along with this. What say you?
