Braised Short Rib: 3-hour slow-braised beef Short Rib, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, lemon-tossed baby-arugula salad, crispy onions, and a housemade cabernet demi-glace… slow braised, fork-tender beef basking in a deeply savory reduction of rich stock, cabernet wine, pan drippings and caramelized pan juices.

And a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect accompaniment.

Our Prime Burger Secret?... Chef takes the trimmings from prepping our Prime NY Strip and Prime Ribeye Steaks, adds some traditional Chuck, and makes our own Prime all-beef house blend burger. This burger gets rich flavors from the blended prime meats. And we serve it smothered in sautéed onions and mushrooms, garlic and thyme. We finish this delicious burger with melted Swiss Cheese, a lightly-toasted brioche bun, and housemade garlic aioli.
