This one’s easy to underestimate.

Zucchini, cheese, spaghetti… simple on paper, but it comes together in a way that’s rich, smooth, and quietly addictive. The kind of dish you don’t think much about at first, then suddenly you’re halfway through it.

Spaghetti Nerano just does what it’s supposed to 🍝

A little time away for Memorial Day Weekend before we get back to doing what we love most. 🇺🇸 Cifone’s will be closed Sunday–Tuesday and reopening Wednesday with regular hours. Wishing everyone a safe, relaxing, and delicious holiday weekend.
