This week we’re featuring a recently arrived Washed, Fair Trade Organic Sidamo Grade 2 from Ethiopia. This coffee has a sweet and clean cup, a smooth mouthfeel, medium acidity, a creamy body and notes of green tea, sweet cream, vanilla, herbal and brown sugar.
