What an incredible evening at Mima Vinoteca! 🍷🍝

Tonight, our guests joined us for another unforgettable cooking class with Chef Paskual. Together, we handcrafted fresh mozzarella, prepared homemade ricotta gnocchi tossed in a vibrant pesto, and ended the evening with warm, freshly made bomboloni.

Every course was thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines: a crisp Falanghina to complement our fresh mozzarella, a bold Aglianico del Vulture alongside the ricotta gnocchi, and a delicious Vino di Visciole that was the perfect match for our bomboloni.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a night of great food, outstanding wine, and wonderful company. We love sharing the traditions of Italian cooking with our guests and can’t wait to welcome you back for our next culinary experience at Mima Vinoteca! 🇮🇹🍷✨
