Our Store Managers lead our Team Members, Coaches and Team Leaders. The number one goal of the Store Manager is effectively leading and developing their Team. They are the most valuable part of the store as they are the driver of the business, the face of our brand, and what truly make the Freshii experience special and unique.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
Stands for greatness-serves as a role model for high quality, hands on, FOH and BOH management and effectively delegates tasks to maximize labour.
Promotes the growth of the Team through effective listening, communication and development in line with Freshii vision and goals.
Creates store schedules to maximize labour, and provide excellent guest service.
Manages shift changes and absences from work- tracks absences and follows up with Team if patterns arise.
Manages My Micros, and EMC: prints out daily sales and labor reports.
Manages and delegates cleaning and maintenance activities for the day.
Conducts accurate inventory counts each week.
Maintains optimal food cost ratios through portion control, coaching Team Member, purchasing, inventory and waste control.
Performs deposits and cash balancing with accuracy and handles cash discrepancies effectively when managing a shift.
Addresses performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing any conflicts.
Successfully motivates the Team executes staff rewards and promotions.
Contributes ideas, thoughts, and solutions that result in increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations.
Successfully diffuses guest altercations and ensures every guest served is treated properly and has a positive experience.
