Important Notice Regarding Mikiya Membership Benefits
Mikiya restaurants are independently operated by the Mikiya team and maintain their own independent membership program and quality standards. Mikiya membership benefits are issued and sold exclusively through channels officially authorized by Mikiya.
Approximately one year ago, Mikiya formally notified a third party that was not authorized to sell memberships purportedly usable at Mikiya restaurants and demanded that it immediately cease advertising, selling, or offering any such memberships. Since then, Mikiya has not authorized any third party to sell Mikiya memberships or any membership benefits redeemable at Mikiya restaurants.
Recently, we became aware that this third party has not ceased the above activities. Customers have continued to purchase memberships based on its representations, believing that such memberships could be used at Mikiya. Mikiya had no prior knowledge of these sales and has never authorized or participated in them. In response, we intend to pursue legal action to require the third party to cease such activities.
We understand that some customers may have been affected by this situation. Accordingly, although the third party’s recent sale of Mikiya membership benefits was not authorized by Mikiya, in order to protect our customers’ interests, Mikiya will continue to provide one year of Mikiya membership benefits to customers who purchased the third-party membership before August 1, 2026.
Eligible customers must bring valid proof of purchase to any participating Mikiya location by October 1, 2026 to redeem their one-year Mikiya membership benefits.
