A small business owner's response when we get these types of messages...

"Can you handle food for the offsite?"
"We need lunch for 30 on Thursday."
"Holiday party. Help."
"The whole family's in town this weekend. Can you feed us?"

And here's what I see every time one lands:

A hardworking team that values its people.
A crew that's been grinding all year and earned a real lunch.
Someone in charge who refuses to settle when it comes to feeding them.

I love that. Because food is one of the simplest ways to tell people they matter.

So we take it personally.

We keep it easy on your end. A date, a headcount, any dietary needs. That's all we need to get started.

Then we build it like we're feeding our own crew.

That's what Radical Eats is all about. The same sandwiches you love at the shop, made for the people you're looking out for.

Got one of those messages already?
Comment RADICAL or shoot me a DM.

Thanks for supporting a small business.

Matt

"What's for dinner?"
In most houses that question comes up every single night.

On Tuesdays, let me answer it for you.

Kids Eat Free Tuesday at Sessions.
One free kids meal with every adult entrée, dine-in only, at all 6 of our shops.

Here's why we do it.

Weeknights are tough on parents. Work runs late, practice runs later, and by dinnertime the energy to cook is gone.

We wanted one night a week where getting the whole crew out felt easy.
Where the math works.
Where the kids have a Groms menu made just for them and you get a real sandwich for yourself.

No dishes. No grocery run. No negotiating over leftovers.

Just a table, your people, and a good meal in the middle of the week.

See you Tuesday.

Our most popular special of the year is back.

The October Surprise.
Starting tomorrow, here through the end of October.

Roasted butternut squash.
Caramelized onions.
Sage pesto.
Melty Havarti.
All on a hearty vegetarian grilled cheese.

This is the one people wait all year for.

Pair it with our October soup, Thai Chicken Basil.
Coconut curry broth with chicken, white rice, peppers, onions and a hint of lemongrass, finished with lime crema, toasted coconut and basil.

Fall at Sessions only lasts so long.
Come get it tomorrow.

Save this so you don't miss it, and send it to the friend who's been waiting all year.

Don't miss the Chef Max Schlutz special đŸ”¥

Practice ends.
The kids pile into the car.
Someone's already asking what's for dinner.

The snacks ran out an hour ago.
There's homework waiting at home.
And the last thing you want to do is stand over a stove.

We know that Tuesday feeling.

So skip the drive home and come straight to Sessions.

Every Tuesday, kids eat free.
One free kids meal with every adult entrée, dine-in only.

Cleats, muddy socks, and backpacks are all welcome.
Grab a table, catch up on how practice went, and let us take care of the food and the dishes.

You get a real dinner.
They get fed fast.
Everyone goes home happy.

See you in a bit.

Matt here. Quick one, because this is happening tomorrow.

We teamed up with On for an exclusive shopping event, just for Sessions loyalty members.

Sunday, Sep 27
11 AM to 3 PM
On, Fashion Island

A little personal note on why I'm excited about this one.

On is what I wear to run my hundred mile races.
When you're on your feet that long, you find out fast what works.
These do.

So come shop, try a few pairs on, and say hi.
Then walk over to our Fashion Island shop and grab a sandwich. Shopping counts as cardio, right?

20% off at the On Store is an awesome deal!

Thanks for being part of the Sessions crew. Supporting a small local business like ours means more than you know.

See you tomorrow,

Matt
