This hoarding habit turns kitchens into personal recycling centers where absolutely nothing goes to waste, even when they end up not using any of it. Throwing these away is essentially throwing money in the trash.

A lot of learning went into this little box.

Before Saiga pho made it into freezers, we spent years testing recipes, redesigning packaging, calling suppliers, and learning the food business step by step.

One of our hardest early lessons was losing our first frozen pho pallet because we didn’t yet understand the federal inspection requirements for meat and poultry.

It was humbling, but it helped us build Saiga the right way.

Four years later, we’re just grateful to be here — and grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way. 🍜
