I found this online on a group that I follow and it is a pretty accurate description of what the thought process of a food truck owner and operator is while we’re trying to pick events. This is the reason why I ask know how many are you expecting me to feed when people call asking for a request of services it’s not always are almost ever about my availability, but how many people do you actually need me to feed the outside public and possibility of other people showing up is really irrelevant so if you call requesting services for the food truck for me to come out and feed your business or nonprofit or whatever the case may be I just categorize it under request of service and for that I need it to be at least 40 people.
