The iron river mini golf is open tomorrow!! The old Tomkat course is ready to roll for the summer. Come play 18 holes for 5 dollars each. See ya there!!

Goodmorning to everyone. Our fish fry starts at noon today until 8pm. Whitefish , cod , walleye or jumbo shrimp served with baby reds, or fries. Dinner salad or slaw . Take out or dine in socialy distant tables, and outside seating as well. Our bar will have drink specials this evening. The mini golf course opens at 12 today also. After 2 months of cleaning and repairing , all 18 holes are playable. Needs a bit more work but its fun!! Have a safe 4th of july weekend hope to see you soon!

Good morning everyone, i hope everbody is doing well. We will be serving breakfast until 2 pm today and our lunch and fish fry begins at 11 am. Walleye, cod and jumbo shrimp. Take out or dine in until 8 pm this evening. Remember to place your order first at the register, and then be seated at the designated tables. It worked out quite well all week with the amount of spacing in between tables. Thank you again for supporting the roost and hope to see you soon!

Good morning everyone, yesterday we slowly open up for inside dining. We have a select few tables that were used with people having at least 15 feet apart, and had to wait to be seated at the door by our server. We installed a new counter as you walk in the door , with our touchless menu which you read and place your order before your seated. We used sanitized coffee crafts at the tables being used, this minimizes contact by our servers, and everything sanitized as you leave. The bar area had no more then 6 people at a time practicing social distancing. Our deck and tables outside went over well , as we brang the food out to them after placing an order. We have many other safe practices upon which we are also using. There was no complaints and only praise by all that dined in and for take out. We will keep improving daily and listen to your suggestions. Thank you all for yesterday, We will be keeping our breakfast and lunch hours from 7 am until 2 pm and fish frys till 8 for now. Please respect all our guidelines here stay safe. Hope to see you soon and always use your best judgement where ever you go.
