Why do we ask for your first AND last name along with your phone number when you place a takeout order? 🤔📞
Several reasons—and honestly, it helps both of us!
If we have a question about your order, we need to be able to call you back. It also helps make sure you get YOUR order when you come to pick it up.
Here’s a real-life scenario:
Bob places an order… but only gives us “Bob.”
Then another Bob calls and places an order.
Then Marie calls and says, “My husband Bob is picking up our order.”
Now we have Bob, Bob and Marie’s Bob 😂
And suddenly we’re trying to figure out which Bob ordered what, which Bob is picking up which order, and which order belongs to which Bob. 🍕🤦♀️
Adding a last name makes it SO much easier for our crew to keep everything straight and get the right food into the right hands.
So when you call in your next takeout order, please give us your first AND last name + phone number.
It may seem like a little thing, but it helps keep our takeout orders organized and running smoothly—and helps make sure you go home with the food you’re craving! ❤️🍕
