Fourteen years ago my husband and I were given the news that our precious baby girl had a severe allergy to just about any food possible. She was allergic to wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, peas, sesame, most fruits, most vegetables, all legumes, the list goes on and on. Very quickly, I had to get extremely creative in the kitchen. Ten years later, she has outgrown some of the allergies like apples

, oranges, and stone fruits, but she still has six of the major seven and a whole bunch of funny ones as well. It was always the joke in my family that I was able to make something out of nothing for her to eat. Loosely translated, dulce nulla is very bad grammar of the Latin for sweet nothings. If you have a food allergy or limitation, I am the baker for you! I probably already have a work around for what your limitation is and if I don't, I will find one quickly. Not only that, my gluten-free actually tastes good! I took blue ribbons in every category I entered in the fair this year and my GF banana bread actually beat out 4 other regular loaves. Feel free to message me any time with a custom request. Although I have been called a wizard in the kitchen, the one thing I do not have a magic recipe for is more time. Many times a few days notice is enough but not always. Please plan accordingly if you have an event or even a craving you need satisfied. Welcome to Dulce Nulla. Mini Valentine’s Sale! I have extra chocolate so I’m offering a small chocolate-centered sale. All orders must be picked up by Thursday, February 12th. I am only offering Regular and Gluten Free at this time. Unfortunately, dairy free/vegan are not available. All items are egg-free however. GLUTEN and DAIRY FREE:
6 cookies n cream, 4 black licorice

GLUTEN FREE VEGAN:
4 confetti, 1 chocolate vanilla

REGULAR (not gluten free):
8 carrot cake (one with whipped frosting), 3 Black Forest, 5 chocolate peppermint, 2 vanilla peppermint, 6 vanilla mint, 2 chocolate mint, 10 oatmeal sandwich cookie (4 with whipped frosting), 4 vanilla lemon, 2 strawberry with whipped frosting, 1 almond lemon, 1 chocolate Bavarian, 3 Boston cream, 5 peanut butter vanilla, 1 chocolate peanut butter, 1 peanut butter marble,
3 vanilla with chocolate frosting, 3 confetti with frosted animal cookies, 3 red velvet, 1 blue moon, 1 cherry vanilla, 1 cherry almond, 1 marble whipped, and 1 chocolate with vanilla.

Flavors include ice cream inspired jars like blue moon, peppermint, and mint chip; fan favorites like raspberry almond, red velvet, and funfetti, and classics like vanilla lemon, Black Forest, and chocolate peanut butter. And I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t make BLACK LICORICE! Of course it will be there. 😊 I hope you will be too.

We will be holding a garage sale tomorrow at 415 S Stephenson Ave that will in include all the big ticket items (fridge, freezer, oven, merchandiser drink fridges, work tables, mixers, etc) and smaller ones (baking pans, utensils, polycarbonate chocolate molds, silicone molds, packaging, shelving, etc) from 2-5 pm. If you arrive EARLY, you will be asked to wait in the outer hallway until we are ready. ITEMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SOLD UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Hello everyone! I apologize that it is taking me some time to get back to all of you but as I mentioned before, I work a full-time job Monday through Friday. Here is the list of most of the equipment for sale and the pricing. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, especially over the weekend. I am hoping to do an in person sale next Saturday for any remaining items. I will post the time soon.
