We’ve just started getting it built out and should be up and running in January. We will be in Florence and the surrounding areas weekly.

After a grueling few weeks of HBP issues I was feeling better…. Then I wasn’t.
Tested positive for the kung flu yesterday. 😷
So unfortunately we will be closed again this week.
I’m sorry folks, it’s really hard being a small business with only a few employees when health issues arise. I do all the smoking and the majority of the cooking, and therefore if I’m under the weather we have to close. I apologize. Believe me being at home sick isn’t what I want to be doing.
Thoughts and prayers again are appreciated.

BBQ is just the beginning!
In case you didn’t know we are a from scratch kitchen, we make everything in house start to finish.
Like our southwestern chicken salad complete with roasted peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, green onions, bacon crumbles and tortilla strips served with a spicy ranch.
And yall always ask about our baked beans, well here’s one secret ingredient… smoked peaches with brown sugar!
And we make our own spicy pickles, summer salads and of course our sauces.
And in case you’re wondering if we have family packs, why yes we do. We can feed two or twenty.
Follow us weekly to see what kinda goodness we’re dishing out.
