William Williams is partnering with Chef Floyd Eugene Jeffcoat for today’s “What’s Cooking Chef?” cooking demo segment at Richland Library as he teaches a group of individuals how to make Pan Seared Chicken with Black Garlic Cream Sauce!

This event is COMPLETELY FREE! All you had to do was register! So be sure to visit the events page on the Richland County Library website to take advantage of all of the FREE events available to YOU! If we don’t use it, we lose it! So plan your next trip to the Library!

But we’re running back some of your favs, yet again! You no longer have to wait until to grab something special. We’re here from 11AM-6PM!

We know that some restaurants have taken shortcuts in some capacity that has impacted the overall quality of your food.

So we get asked more times than not if our baked beans come in a can… if our collard greens come in a bag…. if our burgers come frozen…. and so forth.

And the simple answer is NO. We make our sauces in house. We make our sides in house. We clean, season, and BBQ all of our meats. We take pride in our ability to prep.

So just know that if it CAN be made from scratch, it IS made from scratch at Roy’s Grille!
