We are here to get you ready for the big meal tomorrow, Irmo!! 💛

One month ago, we stood in front of a burned down site with smoke still rising up from the ashes that following morning, and watching as the entire base of our operations was gone. Of course we had a million thoughts running through our minds, one of which was that there was absolutely no way any Thanksgiving orders could happen this year (- a project we had been finalizing the prep for that week before the fire). Well… the next generations of this family are not to be underestimated. 🙌 The Maurice's Catering crew took over for the Pit Crew and handled cooking all the Smoked and Fried Turkeys for Thanksgiving this year! This generation of cousins and siblings + all of our staff have been working hard this week at all hours of the day to pull it together for all y’all! Enjoy!!! 🦃

While it’s too late to fit in a pre-order of our special holiday menu items for pickup today, you can still walk in and take home regular menu sides and BBQ meats at our restaurants today! Need BBQ sliders, Hash & Rice, Baked Beans, Banana Pudding, Rolls, Sweet Tea, for your table tomorrow? Y’all come, and Happy Thanksgiving! We have so much to be thankful for! 💛

OPEN IN IRMO! 💛

Thank you for your support! We have been working hard to make progress to reopen and find solutions to continue to serve great BBQ across the Midlands, after the loss of our entire pits and kitchen facilities almost 2 weeks ago. We are so thankful for the support we have received across the community and the entire country, and grateful for other businesses that have come alongside us to encourage and support us including Lizard’s Thicket, Steves Classic Burgers, Aqua Seal MFG and Roofing, Bessinger’s BBQ, The Graphics Source, Ole Timey Meat Market and many others.

We are OPEN, Irmo! 🩶

No need to tell yall how crazy the last day or so have been, but we are back OPEN today across the Midlands! 🔥 With the early storm in the morning yesterday, we couldn’t safely get to the BBQ Pits to prep the day’s food so we had to lay low yesterday, but our 8 Maurice’s Piggie Park restaurants are back open today, ready to feed the Midlands. We hear y’all are hungry! Sweet Tea, BBQ, and all the yummy eats are getting ready for y’all. We have our fingers crossed for Internet but please plan to bring cash in case our credit card machines aren’t working. 😔 Yall come if you’re able or need to get out! Local businesses will need your support! ❤️
