Brass Ring Coffee Selling fresh, small-batch, locally-roasted coffee out of Iowa City. We also have a cold brew coffee prepared in advance, served over ice).

Brass Ring Coffee is a collaboration between husband/wife team Sam Caster & Emma Barnum to bring fresh-brewed pour over coffee to Iowa City. We have a stand at the Saturday Iowa City

We serve several varietals of fresh ground pour over coffee (including decaf) sold hot or iced. All coffees are 12 oz, and are measured, ground, and brewed fresh and individually on our handmade brew stand. Our coff

ee is home roasted and bulk coffee is available for purchase. Outside of the Market, Sam also provides maintenance and repair for commercial and home espresso machines. An extremely limited run coffee blend produced in support of our friends at 🐂 🛒 - and their event "The Artist and The Pervert" a concert / documentary screening at Filmscene on Sept. 4th.

This coffee is intended as a slightly darker than usual for us Espresso Blend, but it also makes a fantastic filter coffee, especially for French Press fans.

The flavors herein can best be described as being dark chocolatey with a sweetness that reminds us of Cherry Liqeur
