Strawberry Shortcake pancake - made with a special batter including strawberry extract, biscuit mix, brown sugar, and fresh strawberries, ladled on shortcake cup, griddled to perfection, then topped with whipped cream and compote made from local strawberries (thank you, Wasson!)
